NEOS HITS 150,000 CUSTOMER MILESTONE

Neos SmartCam continues momentum hitting 150,000 UK retail customers.

We’re pleased to announce that from today, we’ve surpassed 150,000 UK customers in less than 12 months, demonstrating rapid growth of our retail business. Neos aims to double this number by the end of 2020 indicating consumer recognition of its market leading smart home offerings, alongside leading brands such as Google and Amazon

Neos is accelerating the adoption of smart home technology thanks to a superb flagship smart camera packed with high-quality features at an initial market entry price of £19.99 in 2019. The camera includes two-way audio, 24/7 customer support and motion and sound detection communicated via in-app alerts, and can be purchased independently of the Neos’ smart home insurance offering.  The camera itself has been recognised by numerous awards and accolades including the T3 Platinum Award, Best Gadget under £100. It has an average user rating of 4/5 on Amazon and Neos’ service is rated as ‘Excellent’ on Trustpilot.

The company achieved 100 per cent growth in customer acquisitions in the second half of 2019, partly down to superb high-quality technology at accessible prices for all, and partly thanks to strategic brand partnerships with retailers such as Amazon on bundle deals.
